Fan's of Michael Grant's Gone Series would probably enjoy this book, Unfortunately I wasn't much of a fan of that series. I'm thinking maybe this book should be geared more towards a younger crowd. I just didn't like it. The story itself was filled with a number of things that just didn't sit well with me. But i'm not gonna write an entire essay about it all. This is a short book. If your looking for a quick paced book that doesn't require much thought. Well this is the book for you. I'm more of an emotional reader myself. Once again I was suckered in by the amazing book cover. Dang you YA and all your amazing book covers lol! Fooled yet again! When will I ever learn? 2 stars from me..and that's just me being generous. I mean come on... 50 pages in and you know the kids are zombies? It shouldn't have to take another 100 pages for the main character to figure that out. That was just lame. Next!
